Avengers: Age of Ultron – May 1, 2015

“No matter who wins or loses, trouble always comes around.” In Avengers: Age of Ultron, Iron Man, Captain America, The Hulk, Thor, and heroes from just about every Marvel comic you’ve ever read as a kid come to life to stop the evil villain Ultron from wreaking havoc on the world. Written and directed by Joss Whedon, the story takes viewers to the edge of the world’s complete destruction. Will our heroes be up to the challenge?  With a top-notch cast including Robert Downey, Jr., Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, James Spader and Chris Hemsworth just to name a few, you can’t go wrong with this box office hit that is sure to live up to the Avengers movie’s reputation for excellence…and a host of good-looking guys!

Just about every housewife around the world has read the book series, now it’s time to watch Christian and Anastasia come to life on the big screen. When literature student Anastasia Steele (Dakota Johnson) entered billionaire businessman Christian Grey’s (Jamie Dornan) office to interview him, she knew her life would never be the same. Tempted and tormented, Anastasia discovers there is more than meets the eye when it comes to Mr. Gray. Screen writer Kelly Marcel transformed E.L. James’ novel into what is sure to be one of 2015’s biggest cinema sensations. Best leave the kiddos at home for this one.

Calling all Star Wars junkies. The long-awaited Episode VII is coming to theaters in 2015…but not until mid-December. Strap on your space suits and grab your light sabers as the saga continues. The Dark Side is up to its old tricks in this, the first film of the Star Wars sequel trilogy. Few details are known…you know how those Clone Troopers like to keep secrets. What we do know is when you pair George Lucas with writer and director J.J. Abrams, you are in for one heck of a treat. Just hope you don’t get a seat next to a guy resembling Jabba the Hut. Nasty!

Adapted from the book with the same name written by Veronica Roth, Insurgent takes us deeper into the life of Tris Pryor and leaves us all wondering…”Hey wait, isn’t she the chick from The Hunger Games?”
