He’s always stood alone, but has introduced a variety of superstars – groups and individuals into the industry. No one (now or ever) can match his creative abilities, unique style and outstanding stage performances….

No one can ever question the shear brilliance of his musical attributes producing several studio, live, extended play and online albums for his fans to enjoy. Being a true musician – the Artist writes, sings and plays most of the instruments on all of his music and is known for being extremely protective over his massive work collection. Prince has not only propelled himself to superstardom with the release of his 1984 movie and self-titled soundtrack, “Purple Rain,” but has written songs for a variety of entertainers including: Chaka Khan, Morris Day and the Time, Sinead O’ Conner– and is noted for starting the careers of such artists as Shelia E., Apollonia 6 and Vanity 6.  Over the course of his career, Prince has picked up (1) BET Award, (1) Golden Globe Award, (1) Academy Award, (4) MTV Video Music Awards, (7) Grammy Awards and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004 – the first year he was nominated.

We could have written so much more and still there would not be enough descriptive words to tell the story of Prince’s true talents, legendary status nor how he manages to continue to be a relevant factor in the entertainment industry. Ms. Nix and the Mix Staff would love to present to you all…the songwriter, the musician, and the creative visionary…the man…
